The Ray Morgan Company (RMC), a leader in document technology integration, has added their 16th branch location in San Francisco, Ca. The addition of a San Francisco office has solidified their presence in all the major marketplaces in Central and Northern California.
“We are very fortunate to have assembled an extremely successful and tenured staff in the Bay Area. Many have been supporting clients for over 15 years. Customer trust and loyalty has been their focus and aligns perfectly with the RMC corporate Mission” says Sam Pulino, President of RMC Bay Area. The San Francisco office is the second branch, joining Pleasanton as the RMC Bay Area facilities. RMC has over 40 employees in the Bay Area and based on current growth trends, that number will continue to increase steadily.
“There is definitely a need in the Bay Area for an independent, California-based organization that puts the customer first. We have been very successful in the Bay Area over the past two years providing clients with support that you can’t get from a company that has their HQ in a different time-zone,“ says, John Propersi, Bay Area Vice President. “We have continued the ‘customer-first’ philosophy that Mr. Ray Morgan began back in the 1950’s when he started the company in Chico, California. “Taking care of our customers is personal. Every employee is empowered to make decisions to assist our clients.” John goes on the say.
RMC representatives strive to be our client’s “trusted advisors” with respect to providing recommendations on ways to optimize our client’s business processes around document and content management. It’s not just printing and copying anymore. In a market as large as the Bay Area, there are a lot of providers looking to move imaging devices like commodities. RMC is not in that space. Businesses need to find ways to become more productive, more competitive and have the resources to grow without the infrastructure expense. Solution: begin with having RMC conduct a business process analysis and then follow up with a strategy to make clients more efficient.
Document technology has evolved “light-years” since Ray Morgan fired up his first 3M ThermoFax copier in 1957. RMC has been a leader every step of the way, taking on the Canon copier line in 1981, to creating a ProIT division that is nationally recognized for their success with document management, document security and document workflow software integration, to becoming one of the largest independent providers in the United States.
The addition of a San Francisco branch is just the next step in our growth in California.
