May 19th 2016, Oakland, CA – RMC, A Ray Morgan Company held their second annual Baseball Classic and Technology Showcase in the 44,000 square foot Eastside Club at the Oakland Coliseum. RMC created a fun way to keep their clients up to date with the latest document management solutions and have the chance to meet their families. The showdown between the Oakland Athletics and longtime rivals, the New York Yankees paired with RMC’s technology showcase gave attendees an event to remember.
Upon registration at the event, each attendee was provided with an HID card to swipe at a multi-functional device and experience cloud how print technology can make output convenient and secure. Once, they had the documents for the show, they were directed to visit ten stations that all focused on leveraging electronic document workflow. Using this unique approach, RMC team members were able to showcase the varying applications of their technology offerings.
“…There is a big focus today for process efficiencies in each department in an organization. Our clients are looking for a common platform that can support the wide variety of workflows. The Baseball Classic and Technology Showcase was the perfect way to show the tight integration that our solutions provide.” states Sam Pulino, President of RMC.
This being highly interactive event, the RMC team used the QR codes on each attendee’s badge to track their progress at each of the event stations. Participating vendors included Canon, Ricoh, Samsung, and Laserfiche.
Guest Stars at the RMC’s Annual Baseball Classic & Technology Showcase included World Series 3rd Baseman, Carney Lansford and Stomper, the Oakland Athletics’ mascot.
